Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation, fabrication, material handling, automation, robotics, and digital work instructions. The role analyzes 3D model data, statistical process control, IoT equipment performance, factory data, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and operational excellence, while also providing input to product design. It requires a bachelor's degree or comparable engineering experience, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings; preferred qualifications include cable harness design, bill of materials management, aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience, AutoCAD or CREO, and Lean Six Sigma.
