Description
Creation Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering at a site, manage manufacturing engineers, and oversee new-product-introduction, engineering projects, process improvements, quality control, production scaling, and manufacturing-floor operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience including 3+ years in engineering leadership, and aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing experience for applicable sites. The position reports to the Site Engineering Director, offers an anticipated starting salary of $120,000–$160,000 USD per year, and includes performance-based bonuses and benefits.
