Description
Integer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineers and engineering supervisors at a manufacturing site. The role owns engineering activities for defined product lines or functions, supports production and quality, leads continuous improvement and technology-transfer projects, manages KPIs and people, and partners with R&D, Operations, Quality, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, at least 10 years of technical management experience, manufacturing and Lean experience, and Green Belt or equivalent certification; relocation and rotational assignments may be available.
