Description
Nature’s Bakery is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, support equipment installation and commissioning, and drive continuous improvement in a consumer packaged goods environment. The role involves process and equipment troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, line and packaging-area design support using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, project and capital planning, SAP PO support, and manufacturing performance reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 3–5+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
