Description
Norman Noble is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to lead end-to-end manufacturing process development and production transfer for new medical device products. The role owns process flows, work instructions, tooling, equipment, validation, training, documentation, and quality compliance, while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, customers, vendors, and suppliers. The position requires hands-on NPI experience in medical, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, knowledge of machining, GD&T, Solidworks, and project management, and an on-site work arrangement.
