Mergon is hiring a permanent full-time Manufacturing Engineer (Off-Shift) to support a highly automated blow molding facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting and optimizing ABB robots, Omron PLCs, and other automation systems; improving overall equipment effectiveness; reducing downtime; commissioning and fine-tuning equipment; collaborating with production, maintenance, suppliers, and automation experts; and providing technical training. The position requires technical aptitude, quick learning, problem-solving ability, and periodic availability for overtime and weekend work.
