Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer – PCB Assembly to lead design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly reviews, new-product-introduction activities, manufacturing planning, tooling and fixture qualification, test integration, manufacturing risk reviews, capacity assessments, and yield and cost improvements. The role coordinates with customers, Process Engineering, Quality, Test Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Program Management, and requires at least three years of PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience. The position offers an 8-hour Monday–Friday shift with overtime and weekends as needed, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a pay range of $75,000–$95,000 USD.
