Description
SpaceX is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer, PCBA (Starshield) to develop, manage, and improve the manufacturing processes and products for in-house PCBA production. The role covers volume production, new product introduction, equipment selection and validation, process control, quality and traceability, documentation, training, defect analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least one year of relevant manufacturing, SMT, testing, hardware, reliability, or PCB design experience. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 at Level 1 or $115,000–$$160,000 at Level 2, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
