Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support Plant 10’s Whitehall Casting Operation by developing manufacturing methods, improving throughput and yields, reducing labor and operating costs, and implementing cellular manufacturing, process improvements, tooling, equipment, and standard work. The role includes customer technical support, root-cause analysis, cost modeling, NPI and prototype support, equipment qualification, time studies, scrap reduction, and floor coverage. A BS degree in Engineering is required, while manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing-technology experience is preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.
