Description
Banner Engineering is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations at its Plymouth, Minnesota facility. The role focuses on improving manufacturing output, yield, quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency; supporting new product launches and production transfers; creating labor estimates, standards, drawings, routings, and procedures; conducting DOE, Gage R&R, and equipment qualification; coordinating maintenance and line startups; and applying Lean, DFM, DFA, and root-cause analysis techniques. The position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Director, requires a relevant engineering degree and at least two years of manufacturing experience, and offers a base pay range of $82,245 to $116,000 USD.
