The client is hiring a Process Engineer to bridge concept and series production in a high-performance sporting-goods manufacturing environment. The role leads cross-functional projects, designs digital production processes using Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory principles, maintains work plans and technical documentation, analyzes components and workflows, manages project milestones and budgets, and supports international locations and trade fairs. Candidates need a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, experience in project management, logistics, and process optimization, proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, and native or excellent German with professional English fluency.
