Pacific Fusion is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to transition prototype pulser components into production-ready systems. The role owns end-to-end pulser module assembly processes, manages new electrical-component production and integration, supports technicians and first-article builds, defines tooling and fixtures, resolves non-conformances, tracks production metrics, and scales assembly operations. Candidates need 3–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience, production-floor leadership or mentoring experience, and familiarity with electromechanical assembly, quality systems, engineering drawings, and root-cause analysis. The position offers a base salary of $138,100–$207,100 USD plus equity, benefits, and a 401(k) match.
