Oshkosh Vocational is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for its new Murfreesboro, Tennessee facility. The role supports the weld and fabrication department across business units, covering manufacturing processes, routings, master data, time studies, bills of materials, engineering changes, equipment and tooling, fixturing, welding procedures, ERP data, and production problem solving. The engineer will also coach supporting engineers or technicians, lead complex projects, and apply lean and six-sigma methods. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or a related field and at least five years of experience, with a target pay range of $82,900 to $134,300.
