Applied Materials is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Shanghai to develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. The role coordinates product improvements and new-product releases, leads manufacturing engineering projects, applies design-for-excellence and lean principles, sets time standards, recommends tooling and process requirements, develops test procedures, performs root-cause and failure-mode analysis, and mentors junior engineers.
