Description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports new job launches and improves existing production processes in a hands-on shop-floor role. The position works with manufacturing, CNC programming, quality, and production teams to develop repeatable processes, troubleshoot issues, reduce scrap and cycle time, document work instructions and tooling, support fixtures and workholding, lead continuous-improvement projects, and train production employees. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or a related field is required, along with manufacturing experience; CNC experience is strongly preferred, and the role requires ITAR/EAR eligibility for defense-manufacturing work.
