ALTEN is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations for high-reliability aerospace and defence electronics in Broughton, North Wales. The role covers work instructions, non-conformance resolution, SAP ME manufacturing routings, IRB and NRB support, design for manufacture, health and safety, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent military experience, at least three years of aerospace, space, or military electronics engineering experience, and familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments. The position is primarily on-site and requires BPSS clearance, with SC eligibility advantageous.
