Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material-handling operations. The role drives automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing adoption; creates and analyzes 3D model data and digital work instructions; evaluates equipment and IoT performance; develops statistical process control and data-analytics solutions; and provides input to product design. Required qualifications include circuit-card-assembly experience, programming experience with selective-solder, pick-and-place, automated optical inspection, automated X-ray, and reflow-oven equipment, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, and Windchill and SAP knowledge. Desired skills include Apriso DR disposition, MPM link process-plan creation and execution, and Lean Six Sigma training or certification. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
