The role designs and manages tooling, supports design-for-manufacture transitions, leads manufacturing process validation, drives cost reduction, identifies production risks, and supports earned-value management and tooling or manufacturing issue resolution. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CAD experience, Lean manufacturing knowledge, domestic and international travel availability, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
