Description
This full-time role supports the IFPC-2 development program by developing and implementing manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material-handling operations. The position focuses on product manufacturability, automation, robotics, 3D model data, statistical process control, factory data analytics, and continuous improvement, while also providing input to product design and participating in travel to missile and fire-control sites and suppliers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a Secret security clearance, professional manufacturing experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
