The role focuses on improving producibility of early designs, developing manufacturing plans and processes, conducting make-or-buy and readiness assessments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing manufacturing feedback and cost justification, and supporting early-stage assemblies and supplier visits. The position requires a related bachelor's degree, manufacturing or assembly experience, shop-floor manufacturing experience, work-instruction experience, domestic and international travel, and the ability to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance.
