The role leads manufacturing readiness, work instructions, process documentation, cost-reduction analyses, cross-functional communication, and mentorship, while requiring U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
