BETA Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for its Structural Assembly team to support weekend shift airframe production of electric aircraft. The role focuses on improving assembly processes, work instructions, manufacturing documentation, tooling, and corrective actions to reduce cycle time, labor hours, and non-conformances, while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, certification, and manufacturing teams.
