Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to lead and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians while optimizing production processes, improving throughput and product quality, resolving technical issues, maintaining process documentation, leading equipment and workflow improvements, ensuring safety compliance, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with suppliers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience including two years in leadership or supervision, and proficiency with CAD and process simulation tools.
