Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to lead the Manufacturing Engineering group at its Orchard Park, New York aerospace manufacturing facility. The role manages manufacturing engineers, supports new product launches, drives continuous improvement and business-unit objectives, provides engineering direction, evaluates facility layouts, develops capital plans, and leads cross-functional projects. It is a full-time onsite position with an annual salary range of $97,000 to $143,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or operations, at least three years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience, and at least two years managing direct reports; the position requires U.S. authorization and ITAR eligibility, and candidates must reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, New York.
