The role designs and implements manufacturing processes and systems, develops automated and manual systems, evaluates quality, designs fixtures and equipment, coordinates maintenance, optimizes facility layouts and production lines, monitors production costs, and trains workers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, 3 to 5 years of manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering experience, CAD familiarity, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position is on a swing shift and pays $115,000 to $135,000.
