Description
The Tooling Engineer plans, designs, develops, implements, and maintains tooling systems to improve production efficiency. The role creates manufacturing drawings, coordinates with die shop, production, process technicians, and QA, establishes operating procedures, and provides training. It requires 3–5 years of mechanical design, machining, or extrusion process experience, knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and an associate degree or engineering degree in progress. The position is salaried and exempt, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, profit-sharing, paid time off, and other benefits.
