Description
Impulse is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Tube Shop) to develop, qualify, and improve fabrication processes for rigid and flexible tubing used in spacecraft propulsion, fluid transfer, and structural subsystems. The role covers CNC tube bending, orbital welding, end preparation, cleaning, assembly, work instructions, tooling, troubleshooting, process controls, and root-cause investigations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least one year of manufacturing engineering experience, and hands-on shop-floor experience; aerospace, welding, GD&T, and lean manufacturing experience are preferred.
