Description
The role is responsible for creating and releasing manufacturing instructions, coordinating new-product ramp-up, preparing machining equipment and fixtures, introducing products to serial production, solving production problems, supporting machine purchasing, developing production technology, leading new-machine acceptance and ramp-up, supporting outsourced product services, planning production layouts, optimizing processes and cycle times, leading CIP projects, improving OEE and other KPIs, and supporting customer and capacity projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, at least two years of process-engineering experience in machining, knowledge of FMEA, control plans, process audits, GD&T, lean production, and English communication skills.
