Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support the installation, growth, and running production of new and existing manufacturing equipment at Bosch’s Lincolnton, North Carolina facility. The role covers value-stream improvement, machine specification and procurement, installation and preventive maintenance, process documentation, FMEAs, training, operational troubleshooting, quality and cost-reduction projects, and new-product equipment support. The position requires a BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or eight years of experience, manufacturing and machinery procurement experience, lean manufacturing knowledge, and hands-on electromechanical experience with robotics, drives, and controls.
