STARK is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (Generalist & MTM Specialist) to improve production efficiency, line balancing, and labor optimization. The role supports early-stage R&D by reviewing manual assembly steps, estimating labor costs with MTM, defining mistake-proofing features, and guiding ergonomic design. It also applies MTM methods to establish standard times, analyzes time and motion, and designs production line layouts. A bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, and facility layout are required; certified MTM experience is strongly preferred.
