Eaton is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Analyst for its El Paso, Texas team to support assembly, material feeding, testing, process development, capacity planning, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement. The role combines shop-floor support with data analytics, including time studies, capital-project ROI analysis, manufacturing data collection, and Power BI dashboard development. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing experience or a technical degree, and two years of Microsoft Excel experience; Power BI, lean manufacturing, basic CAD, and electrical or electronic systems knowledge are also required. The position pays $23.92–$27.50 per hour, runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., and is limited to candidates within 50 miles of the work location.
