Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and engineering teams in production scheduling, staffing, procurement, equipment maintenance, project execution, resource coordination, start-up activities, safety, quality, and budget management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, five years of maintenance and engineering experience, production and assembly-manufacturing experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. It is a Level 5 leadership position with a stated base salary range of $141,700 to $268,300, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, and no visa sponsorship.
