Lockheed Martin is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineers and a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor supporting production operations at its Rotary and Mission Systems facility in Orlando, Florida. The role develops manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation, build sequencing, and factory modernization initiatives across assembly, additive, and machine shop operations; partners with Design Engineering on producibility; drives automation, AI, CAM, and digital work-instruction adoption; and uses data and analytics for continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years, along with manufacturing engineering and team-leadership experience. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
