Description
RTCA is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Associate (Levels I–IV) for a full-time onsite position in Chatsworth, California. The role supports CNC precision machining operations by maintaining manufacturing documentation, ERP/MRP data, work instructions, routings, and production records; collaborating with engineering, production, quality, planning, and supply chain teams; supporting continuous improvement, lean activities, tooling, estimating, and production issue resolution; and developing familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes, blueprint reading, GD&T, and quality requirements. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, while aerospace or precision machining experience, ERP/MRP familiarity, and lean manufacturing knowledge are preferred. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour for onsite California applicants, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
