RTCA is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Associate (Levels I–IV) to support engineering and shop-floor operations in a CNC precision-machining aerospace manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining work instructions and ERP/MRP data, supporting production planning and estimating, participating in continuous improvement and lean activities, assisting with tooling and engineering changes, and gaining exposure to aerospace manufacturing processes. It is a full-time onsite position in Fife, Washington, requiring a bachelor’s degree in engineering and offering $20–$23 per hour for Washington applicants, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
