Description
The Assembly Program Manager will oversee the design, construction, implementation, and troubleshooting of assembly equipment and tooling for new programs and product launches. The role coordinates vendor designs and processes, prepares equipment specifications and layouts, supports manufacturing process development and control, performs root-cause analysis, and resolves technical product and equipment issues. The position requires an engineering or technology degree or diploma, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of process controls, CAD, ISO standards, manufacturing processes, and project management.
