Description
The Assembly Program Manager will oversee the design, construction, implementation, and troubleshooting of automation and assembly equipment for automotive production programs and product launches. The role coordinates tooling vendors, prepares equipment specifications and layouts, supports manufacturing process development and control, performs root-cause analysis, and uses CAD and engineering software. It requires an engineering or technology degree or diploma, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of process controls, quality planning, ISO standards, CAD, and manufacturing operations.
