Description
L3Harris is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in Camden, Arkansas, working 10-hour days for four days per week. The intern will support the production of high-reliability electronic hardware for tactical satellite equipment, including SMT solder assembly, mechanical integration, environmental testing, work instructions, process procedures, tool qualification, non-conformance reviews, engineering changes, labor standards, process controls, new product introductions, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering or a related field; soldering, CAD, 3D printing, Lean Six Sigma, and statistical software experience are preferred. The role may require a security clearance and eligibility for classified information access.
