Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will develop automated die attach, ultrasonic wire bonding, and epoxy lid attach processes for high-mix manufacturing lines. The role involves designing and documenting fixtures, tooling, and processes with AutoCAD or SolidWorks, prototyping with 3D printing and machine shops, collaborating with production and quality teams, solving mechanical, electrical, process, and automation problems, and presenting results to the Marki team. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or other protected individuals due to access to EAR and ITAR-controlled information; the position requires an undergraduate student in a relevant engineering field, a minimum 2.8 GPA, and hands-on tooling experience.
