Magna is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for its Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group. The role provides technical leadership and support for manufacturing engineering and product development, coordinates engineering teams, manages resources and budgets, establishes technical procedures, improves manufacturing effectiveness, supports customer and supplier problem-solving, and leads process, product, and equipment cost analysis. The position requires a bachelor of science degree with at least four years of related experience or equivalent engineering work, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of glass fabrication, thin-film deposition, and electronic performance functional thin and thick films.
