Description
Loft is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to scale spacecraft production by combining hands-on manufacturing engineering with technical leadership. The role develops and maintains process plans, work instructions, routings, BOMs, tooling, fixtures, and production documentation; troubleshoots assembly and integration issues; leads root-cause investigations; provides Design for Manufacturing and Assembly feedback; manages EBOM/MBOM/PBOM alignment in ERP/MRP/MES systems; and mentors Manufacturing Engineers. The position is based on-site in Golden, Colorado, with a base salary of $125,000-$190,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
