Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, own the technical performance of assigned product lines, and support the Linear Transfer Systems value stream. The role focuses on manufacturing engineering, design for manufacturability, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, cross-functional engineering support, and building the Product Engineering organization. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant manufacturing, product, or project engineering experience, and DoD security clearance eligibility.
