Description
The Manufacturing Systems Engineering Leader will lead a manufacturing engineering team and improve factory performance through production-flow optimization, capacity and variability management, production planning and scheduling, data analysis and modeling, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on reducing lead time, improving throughput, lowering WIP inventory, increasing schedule reliability, and supporting digital manufacturing initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of engineering experience, and at least three years of people leadership experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
