Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the manufacturing engineering function and a technical team, driving production performance, advanced manufacturing and automation, continuous improvement, process development, problem resolution, and cross-functional manufacturing strategy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 8 years of progressive manufacturing engineering or operations engineering experience, including team leadership and NPI, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, and process validation.
