Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. is hiring a site-based Manufacturing Engineering Manager in its Operations department in Didcot, near Oxford. The role leads the Manufacturing Engineering function, NPI industrialisation, continuous improvement, and equipment maintenance to support growth, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The position requires a manufacturing engineering degree, extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and leadership, and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, automation, TPM, and manufacturing systems.
