Description
Analogic is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team and improve yield, throughput, cycle time, cost, quality, and scalability. The role owns continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, capital and process improvement projects, manufacturing systems, automation, and data visibility, while supporting NPI and product industrialization. Candidates need 7–10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, at least 3 years leading teams, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process capability, and cross-functional leadership; familiarity with FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD is also requested.
