Description
Standex International's Federal Industries division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead occupational safety, process engineering, plant and facility maintenance, capital projects, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role optimizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance; develops manufacturing processes and equipment strategies; oversees welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing improvements; coaches lean manufacturing and root-cause practices; and manages supervisors and cross-functional projects. A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is preferred, with at least three years of related manufacturing engineering experience and two years of supervisory experience.
