Evans Capacitor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for its East Providence, Rhode Island primary location to lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and facilities across sites in Rhode Island, Maine, and Arizona. The role is a hands-on leadership position focused on team building, process improvement, equipment reliability, quality support, capital projects, and operational excellence in a high-reliability manufacturing environment. The manager will work closely with cross-functional leaders and the manufacturing floor to improve throughput, reduce risk, support CMMC Level 2 readiness, and strengthen maintenance systems such as UpKeep.
