Description
Chemelex is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead plant-wide maintenance, manufacturing engineering, controls and automation, process and industrial engineering, and capital projects. The role owns reliability programs, equipment uptime, root-cause analysis, PLC and robotics systems, commissioning, ramp-up, capacity planning, and continuous-improvement initiatives, while managing cross-functional teams and budgets. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience may substitute; the role requires 10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume manufacturing, maintenance, and automation. Compensation is $126,000–$234,000.
