Description
Crusoe is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering department responsible for building modular integrated electronics buildings and power distribution equipment. The role oversees production strategy, plant optimization, capital equipment, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, design for manufacturability, new product introduction, engineering change management, and the development of manufacturing engineers. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 7–10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience, and expertise in heavy assembly, electromechanical systems, CAD, and fabrication methods. The position offers compensation of up to $140,000–$160,000 plus bonus and equity.
